I called the first time and spoke to Tim and he was super helpful answering all of my questions and never made me feel pressured to make a decision, even at one point saying “what worked best for me worked best for them!” After conversing with my family I called back very shortly after and spoke with Brandi and she made the process so painless, was extremely helpful, and sweet. My first time renting a storage unit-very last minute- and during an extremely stressful period in my life and they truly made such a big impact on me! Could not recommend Tim and Brandi more!
