Where do I begin !! I mean moving and storage is already stressful and difficult as well as expensive . But not at American Storage south !! The AMAZING MANAGER AIDAN was and is god sent !! Amazing customer service no stress and very kind. Aidan and the team are a dream come true. More places should learn from Aidan . Kaitlin made the process very seamless and easy, and I appreciated that so much ! The facility is very clean and safe. Kaitlin’s top notch customer service skills really came into play walking me through the sign up, explaining the cost, and even walking me through using the app! I recommend American Storage South Harrisburg!!!

This is our 2nd time using this facility. Its very clean, safe, and secure and the staff has been very accomodating and promptly returns phone calls to answer any questions and assist. Highly recommended.

Renting and moving in has been a seamless and easy experience. The unit and entire facility is extremely clean. Easy to access and completely secure. I’ve rented a few storage units in my time..this is by far the cleanest and easiest.

I was familiar with this business and location because I once used one of their facilities in the past so I referred my friend to them as well. Desmond had an easy experience with finding the location and his storage unit. The only thing that was a problem was the gate code because it came in a separate email but other than that the experience was great!

My move in experience was smooth. I got there around 5pm and everything I need was in my storage. Thank you

So glad to have taken the time to stop at American Storage South when we were thinking of storing our furniture and household items prior to a temporary move out of state. I was impressed that they had actual rooms you could walk into to see the different sizes right in their office space. Having the choice of temperature controlled or not was an added benefit. We were treated like family and everything was explained thoroughly. We feel confident in our decision to store our belongings with American Storage South.

Great communication and easy to rent, use, and pay. The staff is super nice and the units are reasonably priced.
